Support Assistant Bonus Form – One-Off Bonus
Sometimes, your Support Assistant goes above and beyond—and when that happens, a one-time bonus is a great way to say, “I see you, and I appreciate you.”
This form lets you send a one-off bonus to your Support Assistant to thank them for something exceptional—whether it’s nailing a big project, stepping up during a busy period, or just being an all-around rockstar.
We typically suggest a bonus of around USD $20 to $500, but the amount is totally up to you. You can base it on how much time they’ve saved you, the results they’ve helped drive, or just how much you appreciate their support.

To make sure your Support Assistant gets full credit for their awesome work, please use this bonus form instead of sending payments directly.

Bonuses submitted from the 6th to the 20th of the month will be included in the 30th payout.

Bonuses submitted from the 21st to the 5th of the following month will be included in the 15th payout of the next month.
