What’s included in your membership

  • One initial 30-minute call with our Outsourcing Strategy Consultant to discuss your needs and introduce you to the business.
  • A Virtual Assistant recruited as a dedicated person who works in your business with you.
  • Your Virtual Assistant will be put through our internal intensive training program prior to joining your team. Our training program is between 3-4 weeks long depending on whether you have a level 1 or level 2 VA and focuses on the key areas we specialise in as a business – General VA Admin, Social Media Content Management, Digital Content Management, Digital Marketing Implementation and automation systems.
  • Access to our exclusive members-only Client Portal where you can access:
    • A whole host of how-to videos to help you get success with your new team member and address the most common pitfalls we see trip people up when they start to work with virtual team members.
    • Our private process maps and checklists (so you don’t have to build so many yourself)
    • The ability to manage your own account – including your invoices, credit card details, upgrades, cancellations and giving feedback on your VA.
    • Our fabulous customer support team via the ‘Support’ button in your Client Portal account.
  • HR management of your VA from the perspective of ensuring they show up at the right time each day for work, do the required number of hours and send you a good end of day report. We also manage their leave on your behalf.
  • Your VA has access to our internal help desk team so they can get advice on how best to do tasks they may not have done before or where our process is more in depth.
  • One, 30-minute On-Boarding call with our On-Boarding Manager to orient you and your VA around how The Virtual Hub operates, our membership site, processes and communication channels.
  • Access to our customer care team via our 2 channels of communication – The Member Facebook Group AND our support ticket system inside your Client Portal Account.
